The Grand Dining Room features a striking interior with high ceilings and a grand ambiance. Gnocchi served had exceptional depth of flavors, making it a standout on the menu.

Rooms show signs of neglect with chipped paint and a lack of storage in the bedroom. The bathrooms poorly designed, with slippery floors and broken fixtures posing a safety hazard. Breakfast was disappointing, featuring a lack of variety, especially with watery eggs and slow replenishment.

Had a blast with the group! We enjoyed the stunning old-world charm of our balcony room and the breathtaking views. Great place to unwind after a day at the golf course. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Perfect location with easy access to explore the area.

Only downside was the noise from the outdoor courtyard, especially in the evening. It was a bit distracting at night after a long day of fun.

Staying here was a lekker surprise for my husband’s birthday! The balcony had stunning views, and the staff went out of their way to keep our celebration a secret. The room was super comfy, and we totally loved the proximity to the Blues Train!

Only hiccup was a bit of a noise from the street during the night, but we managed.

i had a lovely stay in this charming old hotel, perfectly situated just a few steps from the blues train and a short walk to the scenic queenscliff harbour, making it easy to stroll around and soak in all the local sights.

The grandeur of this historic hotel is captivating, especially with the comfort of the bed and the lovely balcony in the room, perfect for enjoying the views. the overall upkeep of the property feels neglected. the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and some fixtures are dated and worn. While the rooftop bar offers stunning views, service in the dining area fell short on the breakfast we experienced. A few standout menu items like the homemade ice cream added to the enjoyment, yet improvements are essential to justify the price.
